We went up sinks canyon to a lake with my parents while they were here for Labor Day weekend.
My dad kept splashing the girls with water when he would throw rocks in the lake, Ava wasn't quite getting the game and threw a rock at him instead!
Ava was so happy grandma got in the water with her, they said it was very cold and rocky instead of sandy but they had fun anyway.

We went to the Sacajawea burial site but really I think it is more of a memorial since it is debated that she is actually buried there but she was a Shoshone indian and the reservation we live on is Shoshone and Arapahoe.
This is Ava's first day of preschool which was the 7th of September. She is going two days a week from 8-11 at Lander Christian Academy. Her fake smile is due to a little nervousness! She didn't cry when I left her and didn't even tell me good-bye, she was too busy playing with a little girl from church that we didn't know was going to be in her class!
